What we can cover

  • What your business does and what you want customers to do online.
  • Your current website, booking process or business tools.
  • The main problem you want to solve, your priorities and the timing you have in mind.

What to bring

A link to your current website, if you have one, and a short description of what you want to improve. You do not need a finished plan. Please leave passwords, payment information and confidential client records out of the call.

How the call works

Choose an available time in Google Calendar. The booking page collects your contact details and adds Google Meet information after booking. Calls are available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Eastern, and finish by 4 p.m. The latest 20-minute start is 3:40 p.m.

What happens afterward

We can decide whether a website, an integration, ongoing maintenance or a more detailed review is the right next step. Any project scope and quote are agreed separately; the introductory call is not a commitment to paid work.

Automation & integrations

When the same information moves between a form, an inbox and a calendar, the handoffs can become the hard part. I help small businesses connect their tools and define a workflow they can understand and maintain.

Website maintenance

A business website needs someone to know how it is put together and what to do when something changes. I offer technical maintenance with agreed coverage, alongside a practical handoff for the updates you want to manage yourself.
