Coverage that fits your actual website
Maintenance depends on the platform. A static website, a content-management system and a custom application have different update and backup needs. We review your setup before recommending a plan, including the accounts, hosting provider and integrations it relies on.
Tasks we can include
- Agreed content or technical updates.
- Checking important links, forms and inquiry delivery.
- Software or dependency updates where your platform requires them.
- Backups and recovery procedures where applicable to the system.
- Issue investigation and a separate scope for larger fixes or new features.
Keep routine content in your hands
If you want to manage a menu, event calendar or other everyday information, we define an editing approach that fits your tools. Instructions should explain what you can safely change, who has account access and when to ask for help.
Know the boundaries
A maintenance agreement specifies the included tasks, response expectations, recurring charges and responsibilities. New features, major redesigns and ongoing social-media posting are not automatically part of website maintenance. Third-party outages and product limits are discussed as part of your system.
Practical questions
Can you maintain a website someone else built?
We can start with a review. Whether I can support it depends on the platform, code, documentation and access available. The review comes before a support commitment.
Does maintenance include unlimited changes?
No. We agree on included work and how additional changes are quoted. That keeps the coverage clear and practical for your business.
